INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas (not canned)
- 6 TB extra virgin olive oil
- 6 TB tahini
- 1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1.5 tsp salt (to taste)
- 3/4 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic (peeled/pressed) optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Serve warm.
